How Wines are Made?
In its simplest definition, wine is the pure, naturally fermented juice of sound, ripe grapes. Free the juice from grapes and unaided nature will make a wine because the two necessary ingredients-yeast and sugar-are present on and in each berry. However, nature is not big on the fine points of winemaking. It takes human skill to make wine that is pleasing to drink.
How & When to Serve Wine?
The etiquette of wine - the hows and whens of serving it - is full of ritual for those who like a little pomp and circumstance with their meals. The only true rules are : don't spill it, and don't drink too much. All the rest is purely voluntary. The following paragraphs offer some of the practical and reasonable traditions of wine service.
